Attributes
Traits
- Heavyweight — No full drunk penalties — keeps reduced fear and the melee boost, loses the movement instability, noise, and visual impairment.
- Lethal Pitch — Thrown items and weapons deal +10% damage.
- Runner's High — Exhaustion movement penalty reduced 20%.
Bob Sims is the roster's confirmed bruiser — a level 40 unlock with a full stat card read on screen: Capability 9, Athleticism 8, Personality 4, Resourcefulness 3. At Capability 9, he can sometimes put Michael down in a single melee hit. If your team wants knockdowns, this is the character built for them.
Reading the card
That 9/8 top line buys fights and chases; the 4/3 bottom line is the bill. Personality 4 means slow persuasion, small skill-check windows, and weak fear resistance — and Resourcefulness 3 means slow repairs and poor firearm damage. Bob is a hammer. Don't hand the hammer a phone: a low-Personality police call takes so long it's a net loss — delegate it (see the police meter).
The Heavyweight combo
The drunk state normally trades melee power and fear resistance for wobble, noise, and blur. Heavyweight keeps only the upsides — which makes beer a real pre-fight buff for Bob alone. Add Lethal Pitch (+10% thrown damage) and a stack of lawn darts or a brick, and Bob threatens Michael from range too.
How to play him
- Anchor fights, not errands. Under lights, in a group, Bob's swings are the knockdown engine.
- Carry throwables. Lethal Pitch pays every slot: darts stack three per slot and interrupt grabs from range.
- Leave repairs, calls, and escorts to high-Personality/Resourcefulness teammates in the opening split.
Runner's High (−20% exhaustion penalty) quietly patches his one gap — he keeps moving after the sprint meter argues.
