Rare item spawns: what's known about where relics appear
Updated Sep 11, 2026v1.0.1Reported1 min read
The relics — Ancient Amulet, Fragile Hourglass, Brass Lantern — are the items matches quietly turn on, and their spawning follows rules the community is mapping faster than anyone expected. Everything here is one creator's systematic observation, labeled accordingly. Reported
What's reported about the system
- Semi-known spawn locations. Relics aren't scattered anywhere: they appear at recognizable spots. The S6 creator knows three reliable relic spots on the Rabbit in Red map alone and checks them as a route.
- Chance-based per match. A spot can hold a relic this match and nothing next match — locations are semi-fixed, presence is a roll.
- More than one can spawn per match. Multiple amulets in a single match are confirmed in the same reporting — in the creator's words, the relics are "not as rare as intended."
Using this as a civilian
Learn spots, not superstitions. A relic spot is a five-second detour on your opening loot path — add the ones for your map and check them every match.
Reshuffle slots for relics. A relic outranks almost anything in the three-slot plan; hand your route item to a teammate rather than skip an hourglass.
Tell the team. A found hourglass changes the night's plan (see the arrest); a found amulet changes who walks point.
The caveats
Community spawn lists are exactly that — community lists. Ours will publish per-map spots only as they're corroborated; single-sighting "guaranteed spawns" are how wikis end up wrong. And one hazard is confirmed the hard way: items dropped into bushes can become unretrievable until the bush is destroyed — don't stash relics in shrubbery (see the stash strategy for what to do instead).
